The Zone Offroad ZONF2300 Adventure Series Upper Control Arm Kit is an upgraded suspension solution for your 2004-2020 Ford F-150, designed to replace your factory upper control arms and provide improved strength and increased suspension droop travel. These high-performance control arms are perfect for leveling and lifted applications, enhancing your truck’s off-road capabilities and ride quality.

Constructed from high-strength steel, these arms are boxed, gusseted, and fully welded to ensure superior strength and rigidity, even under the toughest conditions. The indexed ball joint cup is CNC-machined for precise fitment and optimal positioning, making them ideal for use with leveling kits or lifted setups. These arms feature greaseable, high-strength ball joints that come with a protective cap to prevent dirt and debris from entering, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.

At the frame mount, OE-style rubber bushings provide a quiet, maintenance-free operation while offering durability for years of trouble-free use. The arms come fully assembled and are ready to install straight out of the box, making installation quick and easy.

This kit is designed to work with Fox Coilovers, Zone 2" Strut Spacer, or 6" Zone IFS Lift Kits, though compatibility with other spacer kits should be checked for clearance. It’s essential to verify that there’s at least 1/8" clearance between the factory upper ball joint and the coil spring before installation. If there’s less clearance, alternative suspension components may be needed.

  • If the factory arm in the ball joint area hits the factory coil, or has less than 1/8" of clearance, the arms will not fix the problem. A different aftermarket strut spacer or replacement Fox coilover are recommended
