Exhaust Flanges, Hardware, & Components

Build and Repair with Precision Exhaust Flanges and Components
Ensure strong, leak free connections throughout your exhaust system with high quality flanges, hardware, and related components. Whether you're replacing rusted parts, repairing a cracked joint, or fabricating a custom system, these essentials provide the secure fit and durability needed for reliable performance under pressure and heat.

Our selection includes flat and tapered exhaust flanges, gasketed and slip joint flanges, bolts, springs, studs, and sealing rings. Made from robust materials like stainless steel and aluminized steel, these parts resist corrosion and thermal fatigue, even in high heat applications. They're designed to work with OEM style exhausts as well as aftermarket headers, downpipes, and full custom setups.

Whether you're sealing a manifold, joining two pipes, or mounting a muffler, our exhaust hardware and components help you complete your build with confidence. Explore options that support everything from routine maintenance to full system upgrades.

Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on the joint, the repair may also need a gasket or seal, new bolts or spring hardware, a clamp, or a short adapter section. Check both mating surfaces before ordering because a warped or badly rusted flange may not seal with new hardware alone. Buying the matched sealing parts with the flange can prevent having to reopen the connection.

Replace hardware that is heavily rusted, rounded, stretched, seized, or no longer holds the joint evenly. If the connection uses a gasket or seal that is crushed or damaged during disassembly, replace that at the same time. Reusing good hardware is fine when the manufacturer allows it and the threads, springs, and sealing surfaces are still in serviceable condition.

Match the flange pattern, pipe diameter, bolt spacing, connection style, and material to the parts being joined. A flange that fits the pipe diameter can still be wrong if the bolt pattern, sealing surface, or mating flange is different. Check whether the joint also needs a gasket, seal, spring bolts, or other matched hardware.
