The HD Dual Lock Pack is specially designed for the FLASH E Series HD Ball Mount. The lock is a barrel style lock, making it nearly impossible to pick or drill – keeping your E Series HD Ball Mount secure. The lock includes a dust cap to keep the weather out, and is made out of hardened steel, making it the toughest lock around.
