B&W Companion 5th Wheel OEM Hitch for the RAM part# RVK3600 is the fifth wheel hitch that fits the 4 pucks in RAM trucks with the factory prep package. B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch requires no mounting rails which means its removable and you can use your truck for more than towing. The full articulating head allows front to back as well as side to side pivoting. The OE Companion has three vertical adjustments from 17 in. to 19 in. as well as 6 in. of front to back adjustment with four coupler positions.
