This Jobox Aluminum Tool Box Chest provides superior security for tools and equipment. The recessed hinge allows the lid to open fully when the chest is placed against the back wall of the bed. It also has a tapered bottom for a better fit in the truck bed. The Gear-Lock Self-Adjusting Dual Rotary Locking System is tested to resist over 1,000 lbs. of prying and pulling force. It's ratcheting action always engages for maximum security. The self-aligning latch pins automatically center in the Gear-Lock system and create a tight seal that requires no adjustments to maintain a tight-fitting lid. The 3-layer RSL Rigid Structural Lid has a reversed beveled inner liner and a layer of rigid foam insulation. The leak-proof stainless steel paddle handles prevent moisture from entering the box.
